Secure Packaging
Place the electronic item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our technical team inspects the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
